Counsellor: Kareen Fellows
I’m a degree qualified Counsellor with Majors in Psychology, Sociology and Communications. I’m passionate about helping people create meaningful, fulfilling lives and stronger, more connected relationships.
Life doesn’t come with a manual — and at times we can all feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of our next steps. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, personal stress, life transitions, or simply wanting more clarity and confidence, you don’t have to do it alone.
My approach is warm, supportive, and practical. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change when they’re given the right space, understanding, and tools. In our sessions, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can speak openly, feel heard, and explore what truly matters to you.
Much of my work focuses on relationships — with partners, family members, and just as importantly, with yourself. Healthy relationships form the foundation of a fulfilling life, yet they can also be one of our greatest sources of stress. I help clients build stronger communication skills, deepen emotional connection, set healthy boundaries, and break unhelpful patterns so they can experience more ease and satisfaction in their relationships.
I also support individuals who are working through anxiety, low mood, self-doubt, or life changes. Together, we look at what’s holding you back and develop practical strategies to help you move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence.
I see counselling as a collaborative process. You are the expert in your own life — my role is to walk alongside you, offer professional insight, and support you in creating positive change at your own pace.
How counselling can help
Clients often come to counselling wanting relief, direction, or deeper connection. Through our work together, you may experience:
Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply seeking personal growth, counselling offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.
Taking the step to begin counselling is an act of self-care and courage. I would be honoured to support you on your journey toward a more balanced, connected, and fulfilling life.
Qualifications:
Alternate Therapies
I also offer sessions in journalling, writing to heal, Mandala and The Artist's Way - a 12 week self development series. There is no need for previous experience or any art or writing ability. And don't stress, you don't have to worry about spelling either.
